NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at
8:00 p.m. oh January 12, 1982, at the City
`Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
.Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Council of the
City of Chubbuck will conducf'a public
7. hearing with regard to the following;
I. A proposal by Marvin and Helen Burry,
201 Siphon Road for a Conditional use
permit to Place a modular home (mobile),
at 202 Briscoe Road. Property is presently
zoned General Residential (R-2},
2. A proposal by Peggy Stebbins, 582
Chickadee for a conditional use permit to
act as a Commission Mailer and a Beauty
Consultant from her home. Property is
presently zoned General Residential (R-
2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY appear
With regard to the foregoing items, and at
the time indicated will be given an
Opportunity to be heard in support of or in
Opposition to the proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
