County of Bannock ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO Sealed bids for a Ladder and Pumper Fire Engine will be received by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho at the office of the City Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chujobuck, Idaho until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 8, 1981, at which time the bids duly submitted will be opened and read. A complete specification for which the bids are solicited is available at the office of the City Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids .must be presented or otherwise delivered under Sealed cover, and must contain one of the following forms of bidders security in the amount of five per cent (5%) of the amount bid; cash, cashiers check payable to the city, certified check payable to city, or bidder's bond executed by qualified surety company payable to city. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the lowest responsible bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed M06 advantageous to the city. CITY OF CHUBBUCK S/John O.
