NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITYOFCHUBBUCK
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN THAT at
8:00 p.m. on December 8, 1981, at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Council of the
City of Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the following:
I. A proposal by George A. Steinmetz for
a conditional use permit to operate a
Transmission Repair Shop at 4959 Haw-
thorne Road. Property is located in an
area zoned General Residential (R-2).
2. A proposal by Marvin and Helen Burry,
261 Siphon Road for a conditional use
permit to place a modular home {mobile),
at 202 Briscoe Road. Property is presently
zoned General Residential (R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY appear
with regard to the foregoing items, and at
the time indicated will be given an
)pportunity to be heard in support of or in.
)pposition to the proposal.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That shy
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
