LAND USE AND
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m.,
December 3, 1981, at the Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck Ida-
ho with respect to the following item:
1. A proposal by Peggy Stebbins for a
conditional use permit to act as a Com-
mission Mailer and a Beauty Consultant
from her home at 582 Chickadee. Proper-
ty is located in a General Residential tR-
2) zone.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item and at
the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of or in
opposition to proposal.
