NOTICE €S HEREBY GIVEN THAT at
8;00 p,m„. on November 74, 1981, at the
City. Municipal Building, 5150 Yellow
stone, Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Council
of the City of Chubbuck will conduct a
public hearing with regard to the follow-
ing:
1. A proposal by George A. Steinmetz for
a con�Jitienal use permit to operate a
Transmission Repair Shop at 4959 Haw
Ihorne Road. Property is located in an
area zoned General Residential (12.2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the.toregoing item, and at
the time indicated +.vitt be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of or in
nonosition to the proposal.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
