CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at
8:00 p.m., on November 5, 1981, at the
City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellow-
stone, Chubbuck, Idaho the Land Use &
Development Commission of the City of
Chubbiuck will conduct a public hearing
with regard to the following:
Marvin and Helen Burry, 201 Siphon
Road, are requesting a conditional use
permit to place a modular home, (mobile
home), at 202 Briscoe Road. Property is
Presently zoned General Residential (R-
2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY appear
With regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of or in
Opposition to the proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock Countv, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
