NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
!NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at
8:00 p.m., on October 27, 1981, at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho the City Council of the
City of Chubbuck will Conduct a public
hearing with regard tothe following:
I. A proposal by Geroge A. Steinmetz for
a conditional use permit to operate a
Transmission Repair Shop, at 4959 Haw-
thorne Road. Property is located in an
area zoned General Residential (R 2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY appear
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of or in
opposition to the proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock Countv, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
