NOTICE OF PUBLICHEARINGS
CITY OF CHUSBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the
Chubbuck City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 8:00 p.m., October 13, 1981, at
the Chubbuck City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho with
respect to the following items:
1. Application by John Stoddard, 211
Hiway AvenueP for a Conditional Use
Permit or a Change of Land Use District,
whichever is applicable, to operate what
has been determined as a kennel at their
residence. Property is located in a Gener-
al Residential Zone (R-2).
2. A proposal by Joseph D. Baker, 228 W.
Custer, Pocatello, Idaho, for a Conditional
Use Permit to place a mobile home at 245
Mingo Lane, Chubbuck, Idaho, for resi-
dential purposes. Property is presently
zoned General Residential (R-2).
Interested citizens may appear with re-
gard to the foregoing items and at the
time indicated will be given an opportuni.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
