CITY OF CHUBBUCK., IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at
8:00 p.m., on October 1, 1981, at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone.
Chubbuck, Idaho the Land Use & Develop
ment Commission of the City of Chubhuck
will conduct a public hearing with regard
to the following: .
A proposal by George A. Steinmetz for a
conditional use permit to'operate a Trans-
mission Repair Shap, ar 4959 Hawthorne
Road. Property is located in an area
zoned General Residential (R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY appear
with regard to the foregoing itern, and at
the time indicated will . be given an
opportunity to be heard In support of or In
opposition to the proposal.

STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
