NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development .Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m.,
September 10, 1981, at the Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, with respect to the following items:
1. Application by John Stoddard, 211
Hiway Avenue, for a Variance, a Change
of Land Use District or a Conditional Use
Permit, whichever is applicable, to oper.

their residence. Property is located in a
General Residential Zone (P-2).
2. A proposal by Joseph D. Baker, 228 W.
Custer, Pocatello, Idaho, for a conditional
use permit to place a mobile home at 245
Mingo Lane, Chubbuck, Idaho, for resi-
dential purposes. Property is presently
zoned General Residential (R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items and at
the time ;ndicatecl will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of or in
opposition to proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock Countv, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
