NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday,

of Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing matiers:
1. A proposal by Molly Alexander,
reauesting a conditional use per-
mit to operate a group day care
center, at 4904 Spraker, Chub -
buck, Idaho, for up to 12 children
three years and older. The prop,
erty is situated in an area zoned
General Residential (R•2).
2, A proposal by A. F. A,1cC-rnber
for a conditional use permit to
construct storage building or
buildings on a parcel of property
owned by Mr. McOmber. Proper-
ty is a portion of Tract 9, BON-
NIE BRAE ACRES SUBDIVI-
SION, is presently zoned General
Commercial (C-2) and lies direct.
ly west of business property at
4705 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub-
buck,ldaho.
All persons having an interest in
the above matter are invited to
attend the public hearing and will
be given an opportunity to ex-
press their views.
