NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday,
May 7, 1981, at the Municipal
Building (5160 Yellowstone Ave-
nue), the Land Use and Land
Development Commission of the
City of Chubbuck will conduct a
public hearing with regard to the
following matter:
1. A proposal by A.F. MCOmber
for a conditional use permit to
construct storage building or
buildings on a parte( of property
owned by Mr. McOmber. Proper-
ty is a portion of Tract 9, BON-
NIE BRAE ACRES SUBDIVI-
SION, is presently zoned General
Commercial (C-2) and lies direct-
ly west of business property at
4705 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho.
All persons having an interest in
the above matter are invited to
attend the public hearing and will
be given an opportunity to ex-
press their views.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
