CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT at 8:00 p.m., on April 2,
1981, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Land Use & Develop-
ment Commission of the City Of
Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing:
A proposal by Molly Aiexander,
requesting a conditional use per-
mit to operate a group day care
center, at 4904 Spraker, Chub -
buck, Idaho, for up to 12 children
three years and older. The prop-
erty is situated in an area zoned
General Residential (R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY
appear with regard to the forego-
ing item, and at the time indicat-
ed will be given an opportunity to
be heard in support of or in
opposition to the proposal.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
