County of Bannock NOTiCEO -PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 8:00 p.m. on March 10, 1981, the City Council of the City of Chubbuck will conduct a public hearing, in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Ave- nue, Chubbuck, Idaho, to review a preliminary plat for the North- side Plaza, Inc., Second Phase; also to consider annexation and zoning classification{s} to be adopted with respect to the fol- lowing lands if such lands are annexed to the City: East 1/2 of Section 34, T5S, R34 E.B.M., said lands lies east of Yellowstone Highway, west of the Union Pacific railroad tracks right-of-way and south of Tyhee Road. Developers of the Northside Pla- za, Inc., Second Phase are re- questing the zoning to be Industri- al (0, and are further requesting relief from certain provisions of Ordinance #207. Item I. Relief from Ordinance #207, Section 2 -2 -A -a to construct aerial electrical utility lines. Item 2. Relief from various provi- sions of Ordinance #207 on curb, gutter and sidewalk.
