PRO- VIDING FOR THE LAND USE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, PRESENTLY KNOWN AS THE "CITY SHOP PROPERTY," TO BE CHANGED FROM GENERAL RESIDENTIAL (R-2) TO GEN- ERAL COMMERCIAL (C-2) IN THE ENTIRETY DECLARING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL FINDS SUCH CHANGE TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE LAND USE PATTERN PRESCRIBED IN THE CITY'S COMPREHEN- SIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO; SECTION 1: Re -zoning. The land use district classification of fol- lowing described land within the boundaries of the City of Chub - buck, Idaho, presently known as the "city shop property," is here- by changed from general residen- tial (R-2) to generat commercial (C-2): The northerly 195 feet of Lot 14, Highway Acres Subdivision, Ban. nock County, Idaho. SECTION 2; Comprehensive Plan. The Mayor and Council find, and therefore declare, that the foregoing change is consistent with the land use pattern pre- scribed by the City Comprehen- sive Plan, SECTION 3: Effective Date. Full, public hearings having been con ducted in this matter, the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate occasions is hereby dispensed with and this ordinance shah become effective upon its passage, approval and publication provided by law. PASSED BY T'HE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this 13th day of January, 1981. 5/John 0. That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -wit: 19 19_ 19 19- 19- 19— 919-19 19— That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
