NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the
City Election to be held in and for the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will be held on
Tuesday, the 8Th day of November, 1983,
on which day polls will be open from
Noonuntil 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the
following designated Polling Place: Mu-
nicipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone, Chub -
buck, Idaho.
In order to'vote at this election, each
votermust meet the following require-
men#s: (1) He must be at least 18 years
of age: (2) He must be a citizen of the
United States; (3) He must be a bona
fide resident of this city; (A) He must
have registered for the election within
the time period provided by law (as per
joint registration).
Municipal Electors may register during
regular business hours on each day
except Sundays and Holidays until and
including Friday, 10 days preceding the
election date. On Friday, October 28,
1983, 10 days preceding the above no-
ticed election, electors may register at
the city clerk's office until 8:00 p.m.
The names of the Registrar, or Deputy
Registrars, and places of registration
are as follows: Ron C. Conlin, Regis-
trar; Dorothy L. Ward and Myrna L..
Crapo, Deputy Registrars at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
