HomeMy WebLinkAbout09 20 1983 BidRPTEIVEQ SEP 3 0 1983 PROOF OF PUBLICA`IION STATE OF IDAHO ss County of Bannock ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO Sealed bids for Park Concession and Restroom Facilities will be received by the City of Chubbuck; Idaho at the office of the City Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 4, 1983, at which time the bids duly submitted will be opened and read. Complete plans and specifications for which the bids are solicited are available at the office of Kent J. Parrish, Architect, 4501 Yellow- stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. A non- refundable fee of $10.00 will be charged by the Architect for each set of plans and specifications. All bids must be presented or otherwise delivered under_ sealed cover, and must contain one of the following forms of bidders security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid; cash, cashiers check paya- ble to city, certified check payable to city, or bidder's bond executed by quali- fied surety company payable to city. This contract is a portion of a Federally assisted project funded from the Land and Water Conservation Fund. All rele- vant Federal requirements will be appli- cable in this contract. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the lowest responsible bid, or any Item of any such bid, deemed most advantageous to the city. CITY of CHUBBUCK S/John O. Cotant, Jr., Mayor September 20, 27, 1983 No. 333 being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri- ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein. That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -wit: September 20 , 19833 19— September 27 , 19.8 19 19 _, 19 19 19 19 _ 19 That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
