NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LANG USE AND DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at B:00 p.m.,
October 6, 1983, at the Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho, with respect to each of the
following items:
1. Proposal by Robert L. Davis, for
DMTM, 30 Debbie Drive, Pocatello, Ida-
ho, for a change of land use district to
General Commercial (C-2) and for a
change of the City's comprehensive plan
if necessary on property owned at 205
and 207 East Chubbuck Road. The exist-
ing land use district for parcel is Indus-
trial (I) and General Commercial (C-2).
2. Proposal by Jerry & Lily Tydeman,
5008 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho for a
conditional use permit to place a Class
II Production Building on property east
of 5012 Yellowstone for residential pur-
poses. Property is presently zoned Gen-
eral Commercial (C-2).
3, Proposal by Robert L. Harrison, 4457
Burley Drive, Chubbuck, Idaho, for a
conditional use permit to place a Class
II Production Building on property for
residential purposes. Property is pres-
ently zoned General Residential (R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing
items and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to proposals.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has leen continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
