NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at
7:30 p.m. on September 27, 1963, at the
City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellow-
stone, Chubbuck, Idaho the City Council
of the City of Chubbuck will conduct a
public hearing with regard to the follow-
ing item:
A proposal by Arshad Ali, 525 South
Main, Pocatello, Idaho, for a change of
land use district to General Commercial
(C-2) and for a change of the City's
comprehensive plan if necessary to al-
low construction of a super market at
225 E. Chubbuck Road. The existing land
use district for parcel in question is
Industrial (1). Mr. Ali is contract pur-
chaser of property.
Interested citizens may appear with
regard to any or all of the foregoing
items, and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
Support of or in opposition to each
proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
