CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
Sealed bids for materials fora turf
sprinkler irrigation system will be re-
ceived by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho at
the office of the City Clerk, 5160 Yellow
stoneAvenue, Chubbuck, Idaho until
2:00 p.m., Thursday August'25, 1983, at
which time the bids duly submitted will
be opened and read. A complete specifl-
cation for which the bids are solicited is
available at the office of the City Engi-
neer, 5160. Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho. All bids must be presented
or otherwise delivered under sealed
cover, and must contain one of the
following forms of bidders security in
the amount of five per cent (5%) of the
amount bid; cash, cashiers check paya-
ble to city, certified check payable to
city, or bidder's bond executed by quali-
fied surety company payable to city.
This contract is a portion of a Federally
assisted project funded from the Land
and Water Conservation Fund. All rele-
vant Federal requirements will be appli-
cable in this contract. The city reserves
the right to reject any and all bids, or to
accept the lowest responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid, deemed most
advantageous to the city.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
