NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBSUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m.,
August d, 1983, at the Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho, with respect to each of the
following items:
1. Proposal by Arshad Ali, 525 South
Main, Pocatello, Idaho, for a change Of
land use district to General Commercial
(C-2) and for a change of the City's
comprehensive plan if necessary to al-
low construction of a super market at
225 E. Chubbuck Road. The existing land
use district for parcel in question is
Industrial (1). Mr. Ali is contract pur-
chaser of property.
2. Proposal by R. J.. Evans, 1860 Jean,
Pocatello, Idaho, 'for a conditional use
permit to convert offices on the upper
level at 196 E. Chubbuck Road into an
apartment for residential purposes.
Property is presently zoned General
Commercial (C-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP.
PEAR with regard to the foregoing
itmes and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to proposals.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
