NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK'IDAHO
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN that a
hearing to review a preliminary plat for
the Burnside Center, a subdivision locat-
ed in the City of Chubbuck lying in the
45oo block of Yellowstone Avenue, Ban-
nock County, Idaho, proposed to be
developed by Noriam-Hadley Partner-
ship will be held by the Land Use
Commission on the 7th day Of July, 1983
at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, The Land Use
and Development Commission will for-
ward the preliminary plat to the City
Council with its recommendations.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-
EN that on the 12th day of July, 1983, at
the hourof 7:30 p.m., In the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, the City Council will hold a
hearing to review the preliminary plat
of the Burnside Center together with the
recommendations of the Land Use and
Dev(!lapment Commission.
Interested citizen4 may appear at both
hearings with regard to the foregoing
items, and al the tunes indicated will be
given an opportunity t0 be heard in
support of or' in opposition to the pro-
posed plat.
