County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBSUCK, IDAHO NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN that at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 1983 at the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yel- lowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho the Chub - buck City Council of the City of Chub - buck will conduct a public hearing with regard to the following: 1. A proposal by Idaho Bank & Trust Company, P.O. Box 991, Pocatello, Ida- ho, for a Land Use District change on property located on the West 900 feet of N1/2, N1/2, N)/2, SETA, NWIA, Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 34 E.B.M., which is west of 4581 Yellowstone, to General Commercial (C-2). Property is presently zoned General Residential (R- 2). 2. A proposal by the City of Chubbuck, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, for a Land Use District change on property located on the West 900 feet of 51/2, N1/2, SEVa, NWV4, Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 34 E.B.M., which is west of 4545 Yellowstone, to General Com- mercial (C-2). Property is presently zoned General Residential (R-2). 3. Proposal to be considered, upon motion by the City Council, for change in the city's Comprehensive Plan Land Use Pattern to Limited. Commercial (C- 1) and General Residentiai (R-2) with respect to a parcel of land containing approximately 17.5 acres. The land is bounded on the west by Hiline Road, on the north by East Chubbuck Road, on the east by the west 1/16 line of Section 11, T.6S, R.34 E.B.M. and on the south by 1-86. The property is presently de- scribed in the Comprehensive Plan as Limited Residential (R-1). 4. Application by Land Investments, Inc., for a change in the Land Use District with respect to the parcel of land described in the Item Na. 3 of this notice. This parcel is currently zoned Agricultural (A). The application re- quests that the Land Use District be changed to Limited Commercial (C-1), in part and to General Residential (R-2), in part. This item will be heard in conjunction with Item No. 3 above. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP- PEAR with regard to the foregoing items and at the time indicated will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to proposal. 5/Ron C.
