NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Chubbuck, Idaho
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at
7:30 p.m., on Tuesday, May 10, 1983, at
the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, the
City Council of the City of Chubbuck will
conduct a public hearing with regard to
the following items:
1. A proposal by Pocatello Idaho Chub -
buck Stake for a conditional use permit
forconstruction of a Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter Day Saints Stake Cen-
ter, fronting the north side of Stuart
Avenue, north of Stuart Park. Property
is presently zoned General Residential
(R-2).
2. A proposal by Boyd and Darline
Crump for a conditional use permit to
operate a day care center at 5565
Yellowstone. Boyd and Darline Crump
are contract purchasers of property.
Property is presently zoned General
Commercial (C-2).
3. A proposal for a conditional use
permit by Bob L. Nestor, B & C Con-
struction, Inc., General Contractor, to
construct and operate a General Con-
tractors business on the south 3/2 of Lot 2
and Lot 3, Boise Payette Tracts (4900
Block of Valenty Road). Property is
presently zoned General Commercial (C-
2).
4. A proposal by Glen A. Houghton,
Houghton Cabinet Shop, for a conditional
use permit to operate a cabinet shop in a
General Commercial Zone (C-2). Prop-
erty is located on the south 1/2 of Lot 2
and Lot 3, Boise Payette Tracts (4900
Block of Valenty Road).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY appear
with regard to the proposed, items, and
at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to the proposals.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
