County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICEIS HEREBY GIVEN thati at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, 1983 dt the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yel- lowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho the Land Use and Development Commission of the City Of Chubbuck will conduct a publiIc hearing with regard to the following: ' 1. 1. A proposal by Idaho Bank & Trr4Y Company, P.O. Box 991. Pocatello, Ida. ho, for a Land Use District change dli property located on the West 900 feet -4f Ni/2, N1/2, N1/2, SE'/A, NW3/4, Section i0, Township 6 South, Range 34 E.B.M., which is west of 4581 Yellowstone, to General Commercial (C-2). Property is presently zoned Gener- al Commercial (C-2). 3. A proposal by the City of Chubbuck, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, for a Land Use District change on property located on the West 900 feet of S1/2, N1/2, SEI/4, NWIA, Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 34 E.B.M., which is west of 4545 Yellowstone, to General Com- mercial (C-2)- Property is presently zoned General Residential (R-2). 4. Proposal to be considered, upon motion by the City Council, for ehange in the city's comprehensive plan Lanri Use Pattern to Limited Commercial (C- 1) and General Residential (R-2) witti respect to a parcel of land containing approximately 17.5 acres. The land is bounded on the west by Hiline Road, on the north by Eas} Chubbuck Road, on the east by the west 1/16 line of Sectiori 11, T.6S, R. 34 E.B.M. and on the soutti by 1-86. The property is presently de- scribed in the comprehensive plan a:s Limited Residential (R-1). 5. Application by Land Investments, Inc., for a change in the Land Usi2 District with respect to the parcel of land described in the Item No. 4 of this notice. This parcel is currently zoned Agricultural (A). The application re- quests that the Land Use District be changed to Limited Commercial (G-1), in part and to General Residential (R-2)., in part. This item will be heard in conjunction with Item No. 4 above. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AFF - PEAR with regard to the foregoing items and at the time indicated will tFe given an opportunity to be heard lin support of or in opposition to proposal.
