County of Bannock ORDINANCE Nu 2Jy AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING OR- DINANCE NO, 77, ENACTED ON MAY 28, 1968, AS 'AMENDED BY ORDI. NANCES NUMBERED 108 AND 169, TO PROVIDE THAT TWO MEMBERS OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION (LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION) MAY RESIDE OUT- SIDE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK; AND PROVID- ING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: Section 1: Ordinance No. 169 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, enacted on June 22 1976, which modifies Ordinance No. 77, enactod on May 28, 1968, and Ordinance No. 108, enacted on May 9, 1972 is hereby amended as follows: RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS: QA@ Dka members of the Commission may be 3. non resident& of the City of Chubbuck who resides within spe IM2 m€,etiS of the city limits of the City of Chubbuck; other members shall be resi- dents of the City of Chubbuck. Section 2: The rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days iF hereby dispensed with, and this ord- nance shall become effective upon its Passage, approval and publication as required by law.
