NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at
7:30 p.m., April 12, 1983, at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Council of the
City of Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the following
items:
1. A proposal by James Reilly, D.V.M.,
Hawthorne Animal Hospital, for a condi-
tional use permit to build twelve ten (10)
foot x ten (10) foot horse shelters at 5011
Hawthorne Road. Property is presently
zoned General Residential (R-2).
2. A, proposal by Jacqulyn Korn for a
conditional use permit, to conduct a
home occupation, to operate a small
printing press at her home, 4851 Cole.
Property is presently Zoned General
Residential (R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing
items and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to the propos-
al.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
