NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at
6:00 P.M. on April 7, 1983 at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho the Land Use and
Development Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public nearing
with regard to the following:
1. A proposal by Pocatello Idaho Chub -
buck Stake for a conditional use permit
for construction of a Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter Day Saints Stake Cen.
ter, fronting the north side of Stuart
Avenue, north of Stuart Park. Property
is presently zoned General' Residential
(R-2).
2. A proposal by James Reilly, D.V.M.,
Hawthorne Animal Hospital, 5011 Haw-
thorne for a variance from requirement
of 300 foot separation between an Ani-
mal Care site and any residence, to a 50
foot requirement. Property is presently
zoned General Residential (R-2).
3. A proposal by Boyd and Oarline
Crump for a conditional use permit to
Operate a day care center at 5565
Yellowstone, Boyd and Darline Crump
are contract purchasers of property.
Property is presently zoned General
Commercial (C-2).
4. A proposal by Bob L. Nestor, B & C
Construction, Inc., General Contractor;
to construct and operate a General
Contractors business on the south 1/2 of
Lot 2 and Lot 3, Boise Payette Tracts
(4900 Block of Valenty Road). Property
is presently zoned General Commercial
(C-2).
5. A proposal by Glen A. Houghton,
Houghton Cabinet Shop, to operate a
cabinet shop in a General Commercial
Zone (G2). Property is located on the
south 1/2 of Lot 2 and Lot 3, Boise
Payette. Tracts (4900 Block of Valenty
Road) .
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing
items and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to proposal.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk Of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
