INVITATION TO BID
Remodeling and addition to Chubbuck
City Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chub -
buck, I D 83202
Sealed bids will be received by repre-
sentatives of the City of Chubbuck until
7:30 p. m., Tuesday, March 1, 1983.
Detailed plans and blu .cificatlons and
bid documents will be on file after
February 15, 1983 and may be inspected
at the office of the City Clerk or at the
office of the architect, Kent J. Parrish,
4501 Yellowstone, Chubbuck ID.
Upon a deposit of $50.00 per set, the
deposit to be refunded upon return of the
documents in good condition within ten
daysafter the bid opening, general
contractors may receive a copy for their
use. For $20.00 non-refundable fee a
COPY will be furnished which need not be
returned.
Bids shall be accompanied by a cash-
ier's check or bidder's bond, made
payable to the City of Chubbuck and in
the amount not less than five percent
(5%) of the total amount of the bid.
The City of Chubbuck reserves the right
to reject any or all bids, likewise to
reject any item or items in any such bid,
and the right to waive any technicality.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
