ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
Sealed bids for .Gasoline and Diesel
Fuels will be received by the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, at the office of the
City Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, until 7:30 p.m., Tues-
day, February 8, 1983 at which time the
bids must be presented or otherwise
delivered Under sealed cover marked
"Fuel Bid", and must contain one of the
following forms of bidder's security in
the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the
amount bid; cash, cashier's check paya-
ble to city, or bidder's bond executed by
qualified surety company payable to
city. The city reserves the right to reject
any and all bids, or to accept the lowest
responsible bid, or any item of any such
bid, deemed most advantageous to the
city.
Specifications for the Fuel Bid may be
obtained at the office of the City Engi-
neer, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That s11V
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
