County of Bannock A©VERTISMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO Sealed bids for a Self Propelled Rotary Power Mower will be received by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, at the office of the City Clerk, 5169 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, until 7:30 p.m., Tues- day, February 8, 1983 at which time the bids must be presented or otherwise delivered under sealed cover marked "Rotary Mower Bid", and must contain one of the following forms of bidder's security. in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the amount bid; cash, cashier's check payable to city, or bidder's bond execut- ed by qualified surety company payable to city. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the lowest responsible bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed most advanta- geous -to the city. Specifications for the Rotary Mower may be obtained at the office of the City Engineer, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,idaho. CITY OF CHUBBUCK 5/John O.
