County of Bannock ADVi=RTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Chubbuck, Idaho sealed bids for a Truck mounted high Velocity Water Sewer Cleaner will be received by the City of Chubbuck Idaho, at the office of the City Clerk, 5160 'i c!lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 5, 1984, at which time the bids duly submit- ted will be opened and read. A complete list of materials and specification for which the bids are solicited Is available at the office of the City Engineer, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids must be delivered under sealed cover, and must in one of the following forms of bidders security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid; cash, cashiers check payable to the city, certified check payable to city, or bidder's bond executed by quali- fied surety company payable to the city. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the lowest responsible bid, or any Item of any such bid, deemed most advantageous to the city. s/John O. cotant, Jr., Mayor November 21, 28, 1984 No. 502 S being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri- ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein. That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -wit: November 21 19 84 _ 19 November 28 19__ 84 19 19 19 19 19- 9- 19— 19— r That That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
