NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USF AND DEVELOPMENT COM-
MISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m.,
December 6, 1984, at the Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, with respect to the following items:
1. Application by Georg Shiozawa, Dan E.
Kunz, Sanaye Okamura and Kenneth A.
Satterfield,for a change in the City's
comprehensive plan and change of land
use district to General Residential (R 2)
with respect to a parcel of land contain-
ing approximately 64.07 acres, located
west of Whitaker Road, west and north of
fhe EI Cielito Reception Center, east of
the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way,
south of siphon Road. The property is
more particularly described in the appli-
cation, which may be examined at the
office of the Chubbuck City Cleric. The
property is presently zoned Indistrial (1)
in part and General Residential (R-2) in
part. Applicants are also requesting an-
nexation of that portion of land not
presently in the City of Chubbuck.
2. A proposal by Randy Kress, DBA
Intermountain Mobile Home Sales, 5110
Dorian, Chubbuck, Idaho, for a condition
use permit to allow him to place a mobile
home to be used as an office at 4674
Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho. Property
is presently zoned General Commercial
(C-2).

and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of or In
opposition to the proposals.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
