AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING
CHUBBUCK CITY ORDINANCE NO, 255
BY MODIFYING THE AMOUNT OF
THE CIVIL PENALT4ES IMPOSED FOR
VIOLATION OF THE CITY'S PARKING
ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS AMENDATORY ORDINANCE
AND, THE ORDINANCE AMENDED
HEREBY; REPEALING PRIOR CON-
FLICTING ORDINANCES AND SPECIF-
ICALLY THOSE PROVISIONS OF THE
ORDINANCE AMENDED WHICH ARE
IN CONFLICT WITH THIS AMENDATO-
RY ORDINANCE: AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUSBUCK,IDAHO:
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND AP-
PROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this 28th
day of August, 1984.
