CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a
hearing to review a proposal by Robert S.
Johannsen, 2722 Kristen, for a Land Use
District change at W'/2, E1/2, SW'/a, Sec-
tion 2 T.G.S., R'. 34.E in Bannock County,
located North of East Chubbuck Road,
East of Buffalo Road, immediately West
of Bunce Subdivision, to limited Residen.

nary plat for Johannsen's Bluff Subdivi
sion, same description as above. Pro-
posed to be developed by Robert S.
Johannsen will be held by the Land Use
and Development Commission on the 4th
day of October 1984, at the hour of 8:00
pm, in the City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.
FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that on
the 9th day of October, 1984, at the hour
of 7:30 pm, in the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the City Council will hold a hear
ing to review a Land Use District Change
by Robert S. Johannsen and to review the
Preliminary Plat of Johannsen Bluff Sub-
division together with the recommenda
tion of the Land Use Development Com-
mission.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR at both hearings with regard to the
foregoing items, and at the times indicat
ed will be given an opportunity to be
heard in support of or in -opposition to the
Land Use District Change and the pro-
posed plat.
