NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE AND
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at 8:oo p.m.,
September 6, 1984, at the Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, with respect to the following items:
1. A proposal by Sherman Sant for a
conditional use permit to operate S & W
SewerService from his home at 5136
Henry, Chubbuck, Idaho. Property is
Presently zoned General Residential (R-
2).
2. A proposal by Nancy J. Merrell for a
conditional nse oermit to operate a Dance
Studio in her home at 4716 Mount Lake,
Chubbuck, Idaho. Property is presently
zoned Limited Residential (R-1).
3. A proposal by Jerry Witt, 4835 Galena',
for a variance in the minimum required
side yard, to allow him to build a garage
14' x 24'." Property is present€y Zoned
General Residential, (R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing items
and at the time indicated will be given an
Opportunity to be heard in support of in
opposition to the proposals.

That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
