CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, REPEALING
CHUBBUCK CITY ORDINANCE NO, 236
AND SECTION 30 OF ORDINANCE NO,
251 OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO; PROVIDING FOR CHARGES
AND RATES FOR WATER AND GAR-
BAGE COLLECTION TO BE ESTAB-
LISHED BY RESOLUTION; PRESCRIB-
ING THE BILLING AND COLLECTION
PROCEDURES FOR WATER, GAR-
BAGE COLLECTION AND SEWER,
SERVICES; REPEALING THE CON-
FLICTING PROVISIONS OF ANY
PRIOR ORDINANCE TO THE EXTENT
OF SUCH CONFLICT, PROVIDING FOR
THE SEVERABILITY OF THIS ORDI-
NANCE! AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFEC-
TIVE,
PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, this 10th day of July, 1984.
