LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at
8:00 p.m., on July 5, 1984 at the City
Municipal Building, 5169 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho the Land Use & Devel-
opment Commission of the City of Chub -
buck will conduct a public hearing with
regard to the following:
1. A proposal by Brent V. Simonson, 589
Canal Street, Chubbuck, Idaho for a
Variance in the minimum required side
yard building setback to build a garage.
Property is presently zoned General
Residential fR-21.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing item
at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
