NOIfCE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at
7:30 p.m, on June 26th, W84, at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City Council
of the City of Chubbuck will conduct a
public hearing with regard to the follow -
Ing item:
Review of preliminary plat for the
Mathanatha Subdivision, a subdivision
located in the Chubbuck impact area,
lying south of Tyhee Road, north of
Siphon Road on the east side of Haw-
thorne Road, proposed to be developed
by the Idaho Christian Center.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP.
PEAR with regard to the foregoing
items and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
support or in opposition to proposals.
