NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE AND
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
CITY Of= CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m.,
June 7, 1984, at the Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho, with respect to the following
item:
1. Proposal by Connie McKay -Wood, 922
Stanley, Chubbuck, Idaho, for a condi-
tional use permit to construct a two
family dwelling at 5067 Rose, Lot one,
Block 2, Stuart Addition. Property is
presently zoned General Residential (R.
2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing item
and at the time indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard in support of
or in opposition to proposal.

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
