The official act reads as follows: 60-105. RATES FOR OFFICIAL NOTICES. The rate to be charged for all official notices required by law to be published in any newspaper in this state, by any state, county, municipal official or other person, shall be as follows: four cents (4f) for each pica in a column line for the first insertion and three cents (30 for each pica in a column line for each subsequent insertion. For table and figure matter, the rate shall be five cents (5f) for each pica in a column line for the first insertion, and three cents (3t) for each pica in a column line for each subsequent insertion. In the event that a column line ends in a one-half (1/2) pica measurement, the rate for such one-half (1/2) pica shall be one-half (1/2) the rate established for a full pica for the type of matter set forth herein. For purposes of this section, the type used shall not be smaller than 7 point nor greater than 8 point. As of July lst. of this year, the width of a column in this newspaper will measure 121 picas. To simplify billing, charges for legal advertising will be on a per line basis at the following rates: Straight Matter - 50� per column line (121 picas x 4f) for the first insertion and 3710 per col;m:n line (121 „picas x 34�11 for each subsequent insertion. Table and Figure Matter- 621(P per column line (121 picas x 5f) for the first insertion and 371 per column line (121 picas x U) for each subsequent insertion.
