NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a
hearing to review a preliminary plat for
the Maranatha Subdivision, a Subdivi-
sion located in the Chubbuck impact
area, lying south of Tyhee Road, north
Of Siphon Road on the east side of
Hawthorne Road, proposed to be devel-
oped by the Idaho Christian Center, P.
O- Box 2652, Pocatello, Idaho, will be
held by the Land Use and Development
Commission on the 3rd day of May, 1984,
at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. The Land Use
and Development Commission will for-
ward the preliminary plat to the City
Council with its recommendations.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-
EN that on the 8th day of May, 1984, at
the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, the City Council will hold a
hearing to review the preliminary plat
of the Maranatha Subdivision together
with the recommendations of the Land
Use and Development Commission.
Interested citizens may appear at both
hearings with regard to the foregoing
items and at the times Indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to the pro.
posed plat.
