PUBLIC BEARING
NOTICE. Is HEREBY GIVEN that on
the 24th day of Apr! 1, 1984, at the hour of
7:30 p.m., in the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, The City
Council will hold a hearing to review the
preliminary plat of Empire Investment
Corporation together with the recom-
mendations of the Land Use and Devel-
opment Commission.
These hearings limited to preliminary
plat only. Property is currently zoned
General Residential (R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR at the hearing with regard to the
foregoing items, and at the times indi-
cated will be given an opportunity to be
heard in support of or in opposition to
the proposed plat.

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
