COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE I5 HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m.,
April5, 1984, at the Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho, with respect to the following
item:
1. Proposal by Earl R. and Peggy J.
Ellis, 333 Briscoe Road, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, for aconditional Use permit to place
a Class II Production Building on prop-
erty for residential purposes. Property.
is presently zoned General Residential
(R-2).

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
