County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use and Development Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 8:00 P.m., February 2, 1984, at the Chubbuck City Offices, 5150 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the following: 1. A proposal by Autumn Development and Construction, Inc., 3750 Highland Drive, Suite 401, Salt Lake City, Utah, requesting a conditional use permit for a retirement apartment project at 1952 West Quinn, Chubbuck, Idaho. Property is presently zoned General Residential (R-2). 2. A proposal to consider changes in the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Chub - buck with respect to planned street improvements by considering changes in the functional classification of some streets within the city. These streets include, but are not limited to, East and West Chubbuck Road and Yeilowstone Avenue. Changes in the functional clas- sification may change some roadway characteristics and minimum right-of- way requirements. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP- PEAR with regard to the foregoing items and at the time indicated will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to proposals. That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -wit: January 18 , 1984 _T , 19 19 , 19 19- 9 19— 19 , , 19 19 , 19 19— That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
