County of Bannock ADVERTISEMENT FOR 13IDS city of Chubbuck, Idaho Sealed bids for water pipe and miscella- neous fittings and accessories will be received by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, at the office of the City Clerk, 5166 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, , until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday,January 1984, at which time the bids duly submit ted will be opened and read. A Complete list of materials and specifications for which the bids are solicited is available at the office of the City Eng -sneer, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids must be delivered under sealed cover, and must contain one of the follow'ng forms of bidders security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid; cash, cashiers check paya- ble to the city, certified check payable to the city, or bidder's bond executed by qualified surety company payable to city. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the lowest responsible bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed most advantageous to the city. s/John O.
