DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE I;.HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the Cif; of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m.,
September 1, X988, at the Chubbuck City
Office, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, with respect to the following item:
L A proposal by Shirley Brown, 640 Dell
Road for a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a Day Care Center in her home.
Property is presently zoned R-1, Single
Family Residential.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY MUST BE SUB-
MITTED 3 DAYS PRIOR To THE
HEARING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing Items,
and at the time indicated will be given an
Opportunity to be heard in support of or in
Opposition to the proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein,
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
