ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
City of Chubbuck, Idaho
Sealed bids for a law enforcement
records computer database software sys-
tem, will be received by the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, at the office of the City
Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday
July 26, 1988, at which time the bids duly
submitt d will be opened and read. A
comple list of specifications for which
the bid! are solicited is available at the
Office d the Chief of Police, 5160 Yellow-
stone Ai enue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids
must be delivered under sealed cover,
and must contain one of the following
forms of bidders security in the amount
Of five (5%) of the amount bid; cash,
cashiers check payable to the city, certi-
fied check payable to the city, or bidder's
bond executed by a qualified surety
company payable to the city. The city
reserves the right to reject any and all
bids, or to accept the lowest responsible
bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the city. Bidder are
hereby notified that acceptance of this
contract by the successful bidder consti-
tutes certification that the bidder is or
will be in full compliance with applicable
Federal and/or State law.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
