ADVE: RTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Chubbuck, Idaho Sealed bids for approximately 250 tons (2100 square yards) of miscellaneous hot - mix asphalt pavement, will be received by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, at the office of the City Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 6, 1988, at which time the bids duly submitted will be opened and read. A complete list of materials and specifications for which the bids are solicited is available at the office of the City Engineer, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids must be delivered under sealed cover, and must containone of the following forms of bidders security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid; cash, cashiers check payable to the city, certi- fied check payable at the city, or bidder's bond executed by a qualified surety company payable to the city. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the lowest- responsible bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed most advantageous to the city. Bidders are hereby notified that acceptance of this contract by the successful bidder constitutes certification that the bidder is or will be in full compliance with applica- ble Federal and/or State Law, S/John O.
