AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR
CHANGE OF LAND USE DISTRICT
WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN LANDS
WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK LOCATED IN
THE NORTH ONE-HALF, SECTION 11,
TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 34
E.B.M., FROM AGRICULTURAL (A) TO
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1);
DECLARING THAT THE CITY COUN-
CIL FINDS THAT SUCH CHANGE IN
LAND USE DISTRICT IS COMPATIBLE
WITH THE LAND USE PATTERN PRE-
SCRIBED BY THE CITY'S COMPRE-
HeNSIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, this 26th day of APRIL, 1988.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
